Matthew Richards

Matt is a Senior Analyst in the Industrial Transformation team at Verdantix, delivering research and data-driven insights on AI, emerging technologies and digital transformation across industrial sectors. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in manufacturing engineering, consulting and technology, Matt focuses on how organizations can apply AI, automation and industrial software to improve operations, productivity and business performance. Prior to Verdantix, Matt worked as an Engagement Engineer at IMAGINiT Technologies, supporting manufacturers with PLM, MES, PDM and systems integration initiatives. He previously held engineering roles at Honda and supported R&D and advanced manufacturing initiatives at Abbott Nutrition. Matt holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and is a Universal Robots Certified Trainer.
