Executive Summary

This report helps strategy leaders, chief marketing officers and business development directors at vendors providing integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) measure how heads of real estate and facilities management perceive their brand. This Verdantix global survey interviewed 303 senior real estate and facilities management decision-makers at organizations that occupy mid to large real estate portfolios. The survey finds that established vendors ARCHIBUS, FM:Systems, IBM and Planon continue to have high brand visibility globally, while Accruent, AssetWorks and iOFFICE score high brand awareness in North America. The uneven brand awareness at the regional level indicates that IWMS vendors pursuing geographic expansion strategies need to work on building up their brand awareness globally.
