Executive Summary

This report helps strategy executives to understand real estate executives’ attitudes to real estate, energy and facility optimization technologies. It also helps vendors to see the differences in attitude towards the adoption of technologies between regions and sectors. This report uses responses of real estate executives in this year’s survey on real estate budgets, priorities & tech preferences (see Verdantix Global Real Estate, Energy & Facilities 2017: Budgets, Priorities & Tech Preferences). The responses included self-identified attitudes to implementation of technology, the sectors and regions of the respondents’ firms and the technologies that they are currently considering implementing.
