Executive Summary

In May 2020, Trimble announced a series of updates to its IWMS platform, ManhattanONE, including a new pricing model that aims to make it easier for firms to roll out multiple modules. Organizations can now buy the ManhattanONE platform on a per-user basis, through a flat fee which provides access to all modules in its IWMS platform. The new proposition will help firms ease the rollout of an IWMS deployment across their organization and offers a compelling cloud-based upgrade path for on-premise Manhattan users. Our analysis finds Trimble’s new pricing model will provide value to building occupiers with an appetite to centralize all real estate data on a single platform, as well as rapidly growing firms looking for a scalable solution.
