This report provides real estate and facilities management executives with an analysis of the space management and workplace services functionality provided through integrated workplace management systems (IWMS). This report leverages the Verdantix Green Quadrant analysis on IWMS solutions published in August 2017 and deepens the analysis on specific functionality. Based on seven assessment criteria, the Verdantix benchmark of space management and workplace services functionality finds that FM:Systems stands out in the market with a score of 82% of the maximum potential score. Planon, MCS Solutions and iOFFICE are the top performers for workplace services, reflecting their investments in employee-centric software apps. Trimble, IBM and ARCHIBUS demonstrated strong capabilities for space management and workplace services as part of a comprehensive IWMS platform. With nine vendors scoring above 50%, customers have a wide range of solid options.
