Executive Summary

This report helps strategy executives, chief marketing officers and business development directors at suppliers providing integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) measure how heads of real estate and facilities management perceive their brands. This year’s Verdantix global survey included 285 senior real estate and facilities management decision-makers at organizations that occupy mid to large property portfolios. The survey finds that, as in previous years, established suppliers such as Accruent, FM:Systems and IBM have maintained high brand visibility globally, whilst firms such as AssetWorks and Tango have significantly improved their brand awareness. Going forward, IWMS suppliers will need to convert general brand awareness into more accurate customer perceptions of their capabilities.
