Executive Summary
This report provides a detailed, fact-based benchmark of 14 of the most prominent quality management software (QMS) providers in the market. Based on the proprietary Verdantix Green Quadrant methodology, our analysis included live briefings, customer interviews and vendor responses to a detailed 130-point questionnaire, covering 14 capability and 11 momentum categories. This study finds that the quality management market is increasingly shifting from document-centric, compliance-focused systems towards integrated, AI-enabled platforms that support a closed-loop approach connecting design, manufacturing, suppliers and customer feedback. Firms are seeking solutions that centralize core quality processes, incorporate risk-based decision-making, integrate with enterprise systems, and leverage analytics and AI to help prevent defects, streamline audits and support continuous improvement. Among the providers featured, nine firms – ComplianceQuest, ETQ, Honeywell, Ideagen, MasterControl, PTC (Arena), PTC (Windchill), SAP and Siemens – demonstrated the most comprehensive quality management capabilities.Summary for decision-makers
