Executive Summary

Historically, real estate investors, asset managers and building tenants have invested in numerous standalone solutions to enable better management of real estate finances, portfolios, space, and equipment needs. However, investors and asset managers now find themselves unequipped to optimize real estate portfolios across all of these factors simultaneously. Switch Automation has evolved its product offering to address the strategic needs of real estate investors and their facility services providers. To better understand its strategy, Verdantix spoke with Deb Noller, CEO, and Jason Cooper, VP Global Sales, at Switch Automation.
