Historically, real estate investors, asset managers and building tenants have invested in numerous standalone solutions to enable better management of real estate finances, portfolios, space, and equipment needs. However, investors and asset managers now find themselves unequipped to optimize real estate portfolios across all of these factors simultaneously.
