Executive Summary
This report helps strategy executives, chief marketing officers and business development directors at vendors providing facilities optimization management software and services measure how heads of real estate and facilities perceive their brand. This Verdantix global survey interviewed 303 senior real estate and facilities management decision-makers at organizations that occupy mid to large real estate portfolios. The survey finds that five global technology vendors – Bosch, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric and Siemens – continue to have high brand visibility globally for facilities optimization management software and services. An analysis of the survey data shows that facilities optimization specialists need to push extra hard to stand out in this immensely competitive market, where many point-solution software vendors are also competing.
