Executive Summary

Space management is one of the key levers in corporate real estate to drive cost savings and maximize building usability. Verdantix met with and took a demo from Michael Gresty, CEO and co-founder of specialist analytics software firm Rifiniti, to understand how clients use Rifiniti’s software Optimo to push the boundaries of space optimization. This report will help real estate directors identify how a new generation of IT solutions can help organizations reconfigure and optimize the staff’s office experience. Verdantix finds that while the business case for the core usage case of space consolidation is very good, real estate managers stand to gain from multiple additional insights from staff work patterns and office organization to site design.
