Executive Summary

This report provides a unique dataset for EHS technology vendors to understand buyers’ investment priorities across five regions: Asia Pacific (APAC); Europe; the Gulf States and Africa; Latin America; and North America. Additionally, this report helps corporate executives understand how their own firm’s digital technology strategy aligns with peers in their region. The underlying data for this report is derived from Verdantix’s 2019 global survey of 403 EHS decision-makers across 35 countries in 25 industries, regarding their firms’ expected level of adoption of digital technologies during 2020 (see Verdantix Global Corporate Survey 2019: EHS Budgets, Priorities & Tech Preferences). Deeply diving into this survey data identified interesting variations in technology implementation and appetites among the five global regions.
