Executive Summary

On February 15 2017, Medgate announced that it had acquired environmental management software firm regAction – a move intended to enhance the environmental capabilities of Medgate’s own EH&S software platform. The deal, made possible in part by Norwest Venture’s strategic investment in Medgate in March 2016, represents an important step for Medgate as the firm continues its mission of becoming a dominant player in the integrated EH&S software market.
