In June 2019, Industrial Scientific acquired Intelex into the Fortive group of businesses from JMI Equity and HarbourVest with a valuation of approximately US$570 million. The acquisition reflects Intelex’s growing strategy to shift from a system of recorded historical events to a connected workflow-based platform for real-time EHS risk management.
