Executive Summary

This report helps strategy executives, chief marketing officers and business development directors at EHS software firms understand the strength of their brand, in terms of preference and brand awareness, from the perspective of 301 customers across 31 countries and 25 industries. The EHS professionals we interviewed represented firms of various sizes, with 74% of them having revenues greater than $1 billion. Firms included in the survey were weighted towards industries associated with higher EHS risk. Verdantix found that SAP, Enablon, Benchmark ESG and ProcessMAP led among the 32 vendors in brand preference. Verdantix additionally found pivots to ESG, product offerings, acquisitions and partnerships, and geographic recognition to be drivers for brand awareness.
