To capture best practice insights, Verdantix undertook interviews with corporate safety and operations leaders as well as incident management experts in technology and consulting firms. Verdantix analysis finds that there are ten key practices among firms that exhibit best practices and the main themes revolve around engaging frontline workers and adopting a proactive risk-based safety management approach.
