Executive Summary

This report provides a unique data set for EH&S software vendors to understand the priority criteria influencing EH&S officers in large corporates to invest in one application versus another, and benchmarking these criteria across five industry groups. Verdantix analysis finds that while the same factors are top of mind for all EH&S software buyers – user-friendly and cost-conscious solutions – the way buyers prioritise their purchasing criteria changes significantly by industry, and therefore vendors need to have targeted development plans and strategies to ensure their messages resonate.
