Executive Summary

This report helps real estate investors to benchmark their technology strategies within their firms and funds over the next 12 months. It also helps providers of real estate investor technology solutions to align their business and product plans with market demand. This data set is the first in a series of annual surveys conducted by Verdantix with investment decision-makers that have oversight of capex. We interviewed fund managers on their budgets and priorities for technology used in-house to assist in investment and property management decisions as well as technology strategies within their portfolio of buildings.
