URS Wins Bid To Acquire Scott Wilson

On June 28, 2010, URS made an initial bid of 210 pence per share for Scott Wilson. Following a 245 pence per share bid by CH2M HILL, URS closed the deal with a final price of 290 pence per share. This deal values Scott Wilson at £233 million ($359 million).
