Executive Summary

Rolls-Royce – the engineering firm with nearly 50,000 staff in 46 global locations generating annual revenue of £15 billion ($19.4 billion USD) in sectors including civil aerospace, defence aerospace, power systems, marine applications, and nuclear applications – is also a provider of commercial EHS software. Originally developed to help Rolls-Royce maintain compliance with the new rules of OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations in 1992, the software, called VisiumKMS, has since become the platform Rolls-Royce uses enterprise-wide for process safety, as well as a key tool for audit, risk, and incident management for major chemicals and oil and gas firms around the globe. Now, this 30-person team is keen to use their heavy industry expertise, 100% in-house implementation experience, and PSM management prowess to grow their brand and expand the footprint of their unique software solution in the dynamic EHS software market.
