EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report provides individuals responsible for selecting, implementing and managing software for real estate and facilities management with a detailed benchmark of the 14 most prominent Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) vendors. Based on the proprietary Verdantix Green Quadrant methodology, the analysis is based on two hour live product demonstrations with pre-set scenarios, vendor responses to a 111-point questionnaire and interviews with 19 independent customers representing 10 industries who have bought, or are planning to buy software for managing facilities and real estate. Our fact-based analysis concludes that seven vendors lead the market: they demonstrated an excellent breadth of functionality and strong market momentum. The analysis also reveals that other providers offer strong propositions to support employee engagement, lease accounting and provide strong capabilities for maintenance workers.
